Pest Help For Your Home

One Person, One Pest Problem At A Time

What happens after you get in touch

You describe what you have seen and where it shows up. I look at the signs before suggesting any treatment, then explain what the pest is doing and what the fix involves. Nothing gets added that your home does not need.

Treatments Built Around The Pest You Have

Ant Control

Trails along skirting boards mean a nest close by. Treatment goes to the colony.

They hide behind warm appliances by day. Gel baits reach the ones you never see.

Gnaw marks and scratching mean mice have a way in. That route gets sealed, too.

Why Choose OutPests

Why Homeowners Choose OutPests

The pest gets treated at its source, and you deal with the same person from the first look to the follow-up.

One Person Throughout

The person who inspects your home treats it and checks back.

Inspection Comes First

I find the nest or the gap first, so treatment hits the mark.

Entry Points Get Sealed

Gaps at doors, vents and pipes get closed so pests stay out.

What People Say After The Pests Are Gone

The ants kept coming back no matter how much I cleaned. He found the nest under the patio slab and treated it there. Nothing on the counter since.

I expected a spray and a leaflet. He showed me the gap behind the dishwasher the mice were using, sealed it and set traps. The scratching stopped.

Bed bugs are a horrible thing to admit to. He was calm about it, checked every seam and frame, and told me how to prepare the room. Two visits.

Questions

Things People Ask Before They Get In Touch

Short answers to the questions that come up most. If yours is not here, send it over and I will answer it directly.

One insect on its own is usually just that. The same pest in the same spot over several days, or droppings and chewed packaging, points to a source close by.

Gel baits for cockroaches and ants need no clearing out. A spray for fleas or bed bugs means keeping people and pets out of those rooms for a few hours.

I choose the lightest option that still works and place baits out of reach of small hands and paws. Mention fish tanks or birds so I can plan around them.

Leave things as they are, since cleaning away the evidence makes the inspection harder. For bed bugs I send a short list covering bedding and clutter.

Ants, wasps and spiders are often one visit. Cockroaches and rodents need a treatment plus a follow-up. Bed bugs take two or more, because eggs hatch later.
