About OutPests

One person handles the inspection, the treatment and the follow up check in your home.

My Story

I Treat Where Pests Live, Not Just Where They Show Up

Most of the homes I visit have already tried a store bought spray. It works on the ants you can see, and then a fresh line appears the following week. That is because the colony, the nest or the gap they use is somewhere else entirely.

So my visits start with looking. I check under sinks, along skirting, behind appliances and around the outside walls until the signs point to a source. Only then do I choose a treatment, and I explain why I picked it.

You deal with me from your first message to the last check. No handoffs, no script, and no add ons that your home does not need.

What Every Visit Includes

A Proper Look First

Droppings, trails, shed skins and chewed edges tell me what the pest is and where it is coming from before any product comes out.

The Lightest Option That Works

Baits, dusts and targeted sprays are picked for your rooms, your pets and the pest in question, never applied across the whole house by habit.

Gaps Closed Behind Me

Treatment fades over time. A sealed gap under a door or around a pipe keeps working long after I have packed up.

Plain Talk Throughout

You hear what I found, what I used and what to watch for afterward, without jargon and without pressure to add more.

Homes I Tend To Hear From

Busy Kitchens

Ants on the worktop, cockroaches near the fridge and pantry moths in the cereal, usually all drawn by the same warm, crumb filled corners.

Older Houses With Gaps

Settled frames, worn door sweeps and open pipe runs that let mice, spiders and silverfish wander in from outside.

Bedrooms After A Trip

Itchy mornings after travel or a secondhand mattress, where bed bugs need a careful and discreet inspection.

A Few Things That Help Me Help You

None of this is required, but each one makes the inspection quicker and the treatment more accurate.

  • Leave the evidence. Droppings and trails show me where to look first.
  • Note where and when. Morning, night, upstairs or down, every detail narrows the search.
  • Mention pets and tanks. Fish, birds and reptiles change which products I use.
  • Clear a path. Easy access under sinks and behind appliances saves time.
